Professional Headshot sessions include the following coverage basics:
- Pre-session consultation to discuss style, location and details
- Custom image processing in our digital darkroom, approximately 40-60 images (depends on the shoot)
- Private, online proofing gallery available for up to 7 days
- Up to 1 hour of on-location photography (within 30 miles of Raleigh)
- Up to 3 clothing changes
- 2 retouched, fully licensed high resolution digital negative files
Booking + Payment
In order to hold your session date, you will need to sign and submit this agreement along with your session fee of $200.00. Your session fee is non-refundable but we will gladly reschedule due to illness or other unforeseen circumstances; please notify us at least 48 hours before your session if you need to reschedule. If the weather isn’t agreeable on the day of your session, we will reschedule for another date. If there is a chance of rain in the forecast, we’ll notify you a day or two beforehand to make a back-up plan.
Online Viewing + Image Processing

After our session, we will review and conduct basic edits to your images to build a personalized online gallery for you to view. Your gallery will include approximately 40-60 final images.
The editing process may take up to 1 week to complete. When your gallery is ready, we will send you an email with a link. Your gallery will be active for up to 7 days and it’s important to use this time to select your favorite images and to make important purchasing decisions. I will deliver your final images via Dropbox, WeTransfer or an other electronic file transfer service.
During this time, you will be able to order directly from the gallery using a built-in, secure online shopping cart with a selection of payment options. If you need to have your gallery re-posted beyond the initial viewing period, there will be a $25 fee.

Model Release
Amy Crosby Photography may only make reproductions for you or for our portfolio, samples, or self promotions, or for professional competition and review. We will not make reproductions for other use without first obtaining written permission from you.
Digital Files + Printing Release
Because we believe in the beauty of digital media, we have chosen to make digital negatives available for purchase as a complete set or as individual files.
Complete sets include a full high resolution set of your gallery images for printing/reproduction. You will also receive a printing release from Amy Crosby Photography, which will authorize you to reprint images using an independent lab of your choice.
Upon receipt of your digital images, you accept responsibility for archiving and protecting the photographs. It is suggested that you make multiple backup copies using more than one device and storage location.
Copyright + Archives
A quick word about copyright: All images taken at your session will be copyrighted by Amy Crosby Photography and are protected under US Copyright Law. It is unlawful to reproduce their work, in any manner, without a printing release from us. Please respect our livelihood and the care and attention paid to each of your images by adhering to your digital image rights.
Archives of portraits sessions are maintained for up to 1 year from your session date.
